1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Best Of NAXOS, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our platform provides travel information and direct/indirect booking services.

2. Role of Best Of NAXOS

We act as a direct provider for Car Rental services through our own software. For all other services (Hotels, Tours, Experiences), we act as an Affiliate partner. This means we curate and recommend the best spots, but the actual contract for those services is between you and the third-party provider.

3. Car Rental Terms

All car rentals booked directly through Best Of NAXOS are subject to the specific rental agreement and insurance terms presented during the booking process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Best Of NAXOS is not responsible for the quality, safety, or cancellation of services provided by third-party affiliate partners. While we only recommend partners we trust (based on our 10+ years of experience), any disputes regarding those services must be handled directly with the provider.
